Do I need Apple Music to play?+

You can play Drop DJ without an Apple Music subscription using our curated playlists. However, connecting Apple Music unlocks additional features like using your own playlists and full song playback.

How do I restore my purchases?+

Open Drop DJ, go to Settings (gear icon), tap "Restore Purchases", and sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, tap "Subscriptions", find Drop DJ and tap "Cancel Subscription".

Why isn't a song playing?+

Check your device volume and internet connection. If using Apple Music, make sure you're signed in. Try closing and reopening the app.

How does Party Mode work?+

Add 2-8 players with their names, choose a playlist and settings, then take turns passing the device. First player to reach the target score wins!

How do I request a refund?+

For App Store purchases, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases, email willmorrisonwebdev@gmail.com.

How do I delete my account?+

Open Drop DJ, go to Profile, tap "Delete Account" and confirm. Alternatively, email willmorrisonwebdev@gmail.com.
