By downloading, installing, or using the Drop DJ mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
Drop DJ is operated by Stupid Human Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16995751).
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
// THE SERVICE
Drop DJ is a music trivia game where players listen to songs and place them in chronological order on a timeline. The App offers:
- Solo gameplay modes
- Local multiplayer (Party Mode)
- Online multiplayer
- Curated music playlists
- Integration with Apple Music
- In-app purchases for premium features
// ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
// ACCOUNTS
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
// ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use offensive usernames or profile content
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
// SUBSCRIPTIONS
Some features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings or through Paddle
// PAYMENTS
iOS App Store
In-app purchases made through the iOS App Store are processed by Apple. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
Paddle
For web purchases, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle's terms of service can be found at paddle.com/legal/terms.
// REFUNDS
iOS App Store Purchases
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Paddle Purchases
For purchases made through Paddle, contact us at willmorrisonwebdev@gmail.com.
// APPLE MUSIC
By connecting your Apple Music account:
- You authorize us to access your music library and playlists for gameplay purposes
- You agree to Apple's terms and conditions for Apple Music
- An Apple Music subscription may be required for full functionality
// INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stupid Human Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Music content accessed through the App is owned by respective artists, record labels, and rights holders.
// DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
// LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
// GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
